For the thirty third release, Don’t has selected 4 favourite Robert Armani trax from the mid nineties. The A1 track “Let Me Hit That” has been a firm Don’t favourite since its release but sadly the original (and only) pressing on Dance Mania suffered from a poor vinyl cut rendering it almost unplayable at volume. After some minor surgery at Don’t HQ and deft mastering by Lawrie at Curvepusher, it now plays loud and clear and WOW does it bang on a sound system!! An incessant and hard ghetto groove that never fails to do the business. Serious. Weapon.
Also on the record, the bizarre and memorable ‘Fire Alarm’ also from Dance Mania, and ‘Scoreboard’ & ‘Up’, both big but largely forgotten tunes from the now defunct ACV label.
*This is a pre-order and records are expected to arrive and be sent out early to mid December*
